Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Lunelo (the “App”) is operated by Sergey Litau (“Operator”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@lunelo.app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

3. Apple-required terms (Licensed Application End User License Agreement)

• These Terms are between you and the Operator, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• The Operator (not Apple) is responsible for product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal requirements, and claims arising from consumer protection or similar legislation.
• The Operator (not Apple) is responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party intellectual property claim related to the App.
• You represent that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

4. Subscriptions

Lunelo offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase that unlock Premium features (unlimited AI parsing, full analytics, weekly insights, additional themes).

4.2 Free trial

If the Yearly plan offers a free trial, you can use Premium features at no charge for the trial period. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple ID will be charged the Yearly price and the subscription will auto-renew annually until cancelled.

4.3 Auto-renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

4.4 Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy: support.apple.com/HT204084. We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
• Use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt the App or its underlying infrastructure (rate-limit evasion, scraping, abuse of AI endpoints).
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the App without our written consent.

6. AI features & user content

• When you use voice or AI features, your audio and text are sent to third-party AI processors (Anthropic, OpenAI) as described in our Privacy Policy.
• AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-parsed tasks before acting on them.
• Lunelo is not a medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical tool. Do not rely on it for decisions where errors could cause harm.
• You retain ownership of the content you create. By submitting content to AI features, you grant us a limited license to transmit it to the processors strictly for the purpose of returning a result to you.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its code, design, brand, name “Lunelo”, and associated logos, is owned by the Operator and protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks.

8. Updates & changes

We may update the App, add or remove features, and change pricing of new subscriptions at any time. Existing active subscriptions continue at their original price until renewal; price increases on auto-renewing subscriptions require Apple-mandated notice and your consent.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (b) US $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Operator’s primary residence, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence grants you the right to proceed in your local courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
